We invite you to visit our showroom in Kramerville, Sandton during our opening hours - see the map on the CONTACT US page - and find the items you would like. Should we have these in stock, we will gladly organize delivery for you. Should you find something that is not immediately available, we will obtain it for you.
In the event you should select an item that is classified as "old", that is to say, a unique one-off antique piece from our extensive catalogue, and on application we determine that it may already have been sold, one can have that piece replicated, but bear in mind that it will not be 100% the same as the original.
If you have a special request for furniture or décor items , we can have it made or source it and import it from China. Contract orders are welcome.
CONTRACT ORDERS
A good place to start is to specify your requirements and budget. You can specify dimensions, materials, details and quantities.
Using the information that is supplied by you, and with advice from us, we then draw your item to scale and send the drawing to our factory in China for approval and input. When you are satisfied with minor changes and our quote, we can proceed. A 50% deposit is then required for confirmation of your order.Your order will then be sent with the next available container shipment from China.
A two month waiting period is usualy the norm.
